Pouring White-Out on the registration blanks??? This polling place should have been shut down immediately after this attack. The Iraqis handled themselves much better than the voters in Philadelphia. At this rate, Philly will beat its previous record of 110% of the voters voting Democrat.

Isolating these precincts and refusing to include their totals in any election would be the proper way to handle this type of chaos. If someone pees into a milk bucket, you don't dump that bucket into the common milk tank, you throw it out or at least test and see if anything in that bucket can be salvaged before it is made into calf feed supplement or something of the sort.

UPDATE: VOTES 'FOUND ON MACHINES' IN PHILLY BEFORE POLLS OPEN

Before voting even began in Philadelphia -- Republican poll watchers believed they found nearly 2000 votes already planted on machines scattered in heavy-minority locations throughout the city.

Republican poll watchers claim:

One incident occurred at the SALVATION ARMY, 2601 N. 11th St., Philadelphia, Pa: Ward 37, division 8.

Pollwatchers uncovered 4 machines with planted votes; one with over 200 and one with nearly 500...

A second location, 1901 W. Girard Ave., Berean Institute, Philadelphia, Pa, had 300+ votes already on 2 machines at start of day.

ANOTHER INCIDENT: 292 votes on machine at start of day; WARD/DIVISION: 7/7: ADDRESS: 122 W. Erie Ave., Roberto Clemente School, Philadelphia, Pa..

The Kerry Campaign says reports of votes already on machines are 'false.'

"Serious news will not appear first on the DRUDGE gossip website," senior Kerry adviser Joe Lockhart told reporters.

The red state story looks sort of like one person's blog, worded exactly as this post. Isanyone hearing this on any other news source? The incidents described sound incredibly dramatic. Why would you pour white out on anything? Let's get some confirmation here.

Okay, I can see some crazy getting in and pouring white out on one page of the voter's registration book, but how could they possibly ruin more than one page? They only have it open to one page at a time while they let you sign it. Are the poll workers in on this? Even if a couple of pages were ruined, the book is in alphabetical order. People would at least have to prove their names came in between the names that were illegible. This is just sounding too weird to be true.
