If he can get some assistance from a Pennsylvania attorney, Peter Paul's counsel may be able to have Gov. Ed Rendell under oath in a deposition just before the Pennsylvania Primary. It may cause a bit of embarrassment for both Rendell and the Clintons.
Peter's counsel is speaking with counsel who may want to participate in the Rendell grilling. Part of a problem that is being encountered is that some big firms will not let any of their attorneys take on Rendell or the Clintons. They see it as bad for business.

Rendell is going to be asked why he failed to declare an in-kind contribution of $100,000 from Peter for an Al Gore event organized by Rendell. He will be asked about the emergency phone call two days after the Hollywood Gala in which he told Peter that the Clintons were going to lie and deny their relationship with Peter Paul. If Peter were smart, he would go along with it.

The case will be heard in Los Angeles. For discovery, Rendell must be deposed near where he works or lives. Hillary, Bill, and Chelsea will be deposed in New York. Streisand, Cher, Travolta, and others will be deposed in Los Angeles.
Thanks, but for some reason, I’m not really worried. I am armed, have a security system, have two very protective dogs (George and Kramer), and have my neigbors on the alert. If Hillary wants to do something to anyone, there will be nothing stopping her from doing it.
