Let him be the first one to suffer the standard treatment for an unrepentant Infidel.

Maybe the happy Jihadi’s will tell him as they video tape the festivities . . . just before the final . . . movement . . .

that they plan to do a fun kind of Jihadi thing that so many love to do . . . and invite his family to a great party at a famous restaurant where they’ll be giving the first screening of the dramatic video.

Perhaps they’ll be kind enough to ask him if they should show the video before desert or afterwards.

Since it’s tooooo true to life for comfort . . . I doubt this little horrific fantasy needs a /sar tag.

Is that liberal POS judge still alive? IF so, why? The Brits should have taken him out and hanged him by now.

What has happened to the UK? They have given themselves over to the enemy. Churchill is turning over in his grave.

At this rate, the day will come when we have to liberate England by force of arms...that is, if we do not give ourselves over. In that case, we would have to liberate ourselves first.

...and there are still more than enough to do so. Perhaps that is why Obama is calling for a strong (as strong as the US Army) and equally equipped, internal national security force, sot of a "Special Security" force..the SS, that's it.

Excerpt:

The most senior judge in England tonight gave his blessing to the use of sharia law to resolve disputes among Muslims.

Lord Chief Justice Lord Phillips said that Islamic legal principles could be employed to deal with family and marital arguments and to regulate finance.

He declared: ‘It is possible in this country for those who are entering into a contractual agreement to agree that the agreement shall be governed by a law other than English law.’

In his speech in an East London mosque Lord Phillips signalled approval of sharia principles as a means of settling disputes so long as no punishments that conflict with the established law are involved, and as long as divorces are made to comply with the civil law.

So they need to accommodate Muslims with a SEPARATE legal system?

What happens when one party is a Muslim and one isn't?

Contracts, etc. can be arbitrated outside of the regular court system (hence the arbitration system), but both parties have to agree in advance to be subject to the jurisdiction of that arbitration court. Rabbinic courts in the US function this way, and so do the regular arbitration courts. Theoretically, if both parties agreed before hand to the idea of submitting their disputes to a sharia court, they could do it. HOWEVER, the decision in an arbitration court is still governed by the laws of the country in which the court is located, and every contract will state this.

The problem is that Muslims think their religion is both a religious system and a system for civil governance. Hence, a sharia court will not consider itself bound by the law of the country.

One of the big problems with well-meaning liberals is that they don’t understand the nature of Islam and Islamic law.

Let's see how well that works in al-Britain before we try it over here.

That won't be necessary, since we already know how well it worked out in Spain.

Only took nearly 800 years to correct that situation...the REAL reason 1492 is historically important.

The headline is misleading. The Chief Justice is not saying that Sharia is a good thing to use, or that it should be implemented in its complete form. The article has him saying the following:

"He declared: 'Those entering into a contractual agreement can agree that the agreement shall be governed by a law other than English law'

In his speech at an East London mosque, Lord Phillips signalled approval of sharia principles as long as punishments - and divorce rulings - complied with the law of the land....Severe physical punishment - he mentioned stoning, flogging or amputating hands - is 'out of the question' in Britain, he added.'"

In other words, he is suggesting that English courts allow Muslims to come up with their own contractual conditions, as long as they do not otherwise contravene the law (i.e. stoning as a punishment for infidelity, etc).

In principal, courts are already doing this in non-religious contexts. For example, when a couple gets divorced there are laws and procedures in place for dividing property, etc. However, couples can enter into pre-nuptial arrangements that specify a division of property other than what a court might determine using the ordinary procedures. Or if I enter a contract with someone, we can agree to submit any disagreements to arbitration for a binding solution.

As a practical matter, even this small concession to Sharia law may be a bad idea. I think the critics are right to worry that many women may appear to agree to Sharia-inspired agreements, when in reality they are coerced into doing so. But this is about contracts, not beheading infidels.

THIS IS THE END OF GREAT BRITAIN . . .

This truly marks the final “beginning of the end” of the United Kingdom. Today will go down in history. This is it. All ashore that’s going ashore. All out!!!!!!!!

This is the time to leave that sinking ship formerly known as Merry Old England.

Let this idiot Top Judge serve as a dire warning to this country, about the importance of our Constitution and the picking of judge’s who will make law. Like judges function as a matter of law in England.

The Light will be getting lighter . . .

God have mercy on us all . . . the only sanity and safety is walking close to God.

May all who make traitorous satan aiding decisions in the media reap rapidly from what they have sown.
