What has been said is that Christian people should pray and seek God's help, guidance, and blessings. That holds for any person of real faith in Christ, irrespective of stripe.
...and I do pray, and one of my prayers is to help us inform others about the truh as regards Barack Obama. There is nothing wrong with that sentiment or desire. The truth is what it is and will either convict or extol.
Clearly, the President is not God, but the better their moral values, the closer they are to fundamnetal moral principle, whether President, Senator, Representative, Governor, right on down the line to us as individuals, the better our country will be.
I expect you know that too.
So by not voting for McCain you are saying that you will vote third party and thus elect Obama, correct.
Please reconsider. We need to stick together.

During that same general time period and immediately thereafter, Obama was smoking Dop[e.
Now, he has done things in the US Senate I am four square against, but the truth also is that it will either be him or Obama who gets sworn in come January short of some act of God.
That being the case, and knowing what I know about Obama, I must do all in my power to keep Obama from being elected, and I intend to do just that. Even if I disdainm some of McCain's positions.
Other's feel differently on how to approach this and I appreciate and respect it given this horrid election cycle we face. I am dealing with it in the way I best see fit.
I will tell you this, if McCain were to pick an abortionist as his running mate, he would lose the reluctant efforts I am making. That would be my line too far.
God's speed in your efforts to combat it...but for me, shorrt of the occurrance I just listed, I will try and get Obama defeated by supporting the McCain positions he does hold where I believe we can hold some ground as opposed to losing it all with Obama.
