State Secrets? Who Needs 'Em?
National Review Online ^ | July 04, 2008 | Andrew M. Grossman

If Congress needed a kick in the pants to get moving on intelligence reform, this is it: A San Francisco judge ruled Wednesday that the federal government’s program to spy on terrorists and their affiliates is not protected by the “state secrets” privilege. This means that government officials and companies that helped to implement the program may be forced to testify about its structure and operations.

If those aren’t state secrets, what is?

What is the matter with those socialist judges? Do they all have death wishes? Are they hoping the terrorists will attack us?

The motivation of these judges and the allies in ACLU is very simple. They want to defeat the United States. They are traitors.

Seems there’s a whole lot of “judges” in this country..

“...who might well be underground

...and none of ‘em be missed”

(With apologies to Gilbert & Sulivan)

Boy, with this and the Guantanamo decision, can someone tell me when the judicial system’s job description changed to “helping terrorists win”?

This problem really needs to be addressed in this country. People just can’t keep their mouthes shut anymore and have to leak EVERYTHING to the terrorist-loving “media” in order to impress their friends. I feel this problem is only going to get worse after four years of B. Hussein Obama.

And I would like to know when these judges usurped the role of CIC during the prosecution of a war.

I don't know about him, but *I'm* going to make popcorn.

In case the Dems haven't figured it out, New York (host of Schumer and Hillary), San Fran (home of the gays) and DC (home of the seat of government) are among the top targets for a mass-casualties strike by the terrorists.

And no amount of bleating by the MSM will stop a backlash against the Dems if the death toll is in the tens of thousands or more.

No cheers, unfortunately.

What can I do about it? We've placed "judges" on pedestals in this country and allowed them to become some kind of freaky, weird little gods in black robes with penis pumps.

I'll probably go the popcorn route also.

You know how it is - to a leftist, dissent is the highest form of patriotism. Treason, of course, is the highest form of dissent. Meaning that treason is the highest form of patriotism. Put this way, it looks like these judges are big time patriots.

I got news for you, Alberto Vo5 has been long gone for a while now.

And Sandy Burglar is on the outside looking in, but I’m up for revoking his plea deal due to his noncooperation and refusal to take a damn polygraph and send him to a nice federal SuperMax for a few years and see how he likes it.
