Poe and McCaul to deal with NASA, transportation and homeland security Two new Republican congressmen from the Houston area will serve on key committees that oversee highways and transportation, NASA and homeland security, including the seaports. House GOP leaders assigned Rep. Ted Poe of Houston to the Transportation and Infrastructure, Small Business and International Relations committees. Rep.
